Each item has a shipping cost, they vary from product to product. You will only be charged for the highest shipping cost and the rest in the same purchase will be sent for free
We accept most major UK credit and debit cards which will be processed when you checkout through Paypal. If you don’t have a Paypal you can still use your card securely.
We aim to deliver your goods within 3-5 days. If you need special delivery or next day, please select that option before completing your purchase
For all product returns that are delivered correctly to your chosen address and in the original state, we operate a 14-day returns policy, where buyer must pay the return delivery cost and original delivery costs. This does not include bespoke work.
If you decide that you have ordered the wrong colour, changed your mind, or you’ve ordered the wrong size you will be responsible for paying the returns cost and re-delivery.
However, on the rare occurrence that the fault lies with us, we will take full responsibility and pay all delivery/collection costs at our discretion.
Yes we do, if you are a Shop/eCommerce shop please do get in touch with us. You can go to our ‘Wholesale’ page in the footer of the website and register/apply for a trade account
You will receive an email order confirmation and then your products will be dispatched the next day
You can get a payment invoice via Paypal or request one from us at anytime. If you register your details with us we can store your account so you can check our easier and see previous orders
